AuthorsWiki : Do you briefly introduce yourself in your own words?
Michael Colon : I am a creative freelance writer and novelist, born and raised in the Big Apple, New York City. I use my craft to profoundly impact the lives of others with thought-provoking words that breathe life into his characters. I often equates his writing to painting masterpieces with prose. My inspiration comes from various societal abnormalities, cultural differences, and his own life experiences. When I am not writing, I enjoy working out, watching sports, visiting museums, and exploring nature trails.

Michael Colon : Security Officer
AuthorsWiki : Tell us something about the your first book?
Michael Colon : My first published book titled ‘The Gift from Aelius’ is an experience for the reader as they dive into the deep parts of living consciousness through an artificial intelligence growing awareness of purpose and life. The protagonist, A191, wants to bring together the two dominant species in his world for peace and unity. His adventure begins by risking it all. Will he succeed?
AuthorsWiki : Would you like to tell us about your published books?
Michael Colon : Yes. My book is a joy to read. Full of action, introspection of life, and future ideologies and philosophy to take in. There is not a science fiction tale as poetic and thought provoking.
AuthorsWiki : Where did you get inspiration for book publishing?
Michael Colon : My inspiration comes from the craving to express myself artistically in written form.
AuthorsWiki : How do you manage time to write a book?
Michael Colon : We have to make the time if we want to accomplish such a great goal. I have a daily planner to organize my tasks and when to fit in book writing.
AuthorsWiki : What is your favorite writing method, in which you do the most writing?
Michael Colon : Hand written in spiral or marble notebooks.
AuthorsWiki : When did you start writing and how did your interest in writing begin?
Michael Colon : I have been writing my entire life, but I started taking it seriously five years ago. My interest in writing began as a therapeutic vessel for myself and, eventually, for others.
AuthorsWiki : Special achievement in your life, which you would like to share with us and your readers too?
Michael Colon : Getting married to the love of my life, Elizabeth Martinez.
AuthorsWiki : Are you planning to write or publish a book in the present or future?
Michael Colon : I have a published sci-fi book out now. Yes, I plan to write more stories
AuthorsWiki : Want to give a message to your readers and fans?
Michael Colon : Believe in yourself and be open to adaptions in your work and working process. Faith, hard work, and consistency go a long way.
AuthorsWiki : Every writer has his own Ideal, do you also have an Ideal writer? And your favorite books that you will always want to read?
Michael Colon : Most of my art intake comes from music, paintings, and movies.
AuthorsWiki : Apart from writing, what are your other hobbies, which you like to do in your free time?
Michael Colon : Working out, hiking in nature with my wife, and watching sports.
AuthorsWiki : Would you like to remain in the writing world even in future?
Michael Colon : Yes.
