Dr. Vipin Kumar Singhal holds a Master’s degree, Ph.D., and Bachelor of Education in Political Science from Chaudhary Charan Singh University, Meerut. He has qualified the UGC-NET in Political Science. Dr. Singhal completed his Post-Doctoral Fellowship from the Indian Council of Social Science Research (ICSSR), New Delhi.
He has published more than fifteen research papers in various national-level journals, edited volumes, and books. His notable publications include Women and Human Rights (2013), Women Empowerment in India (2016), and Panchayati Raj Institutions and Grassroots Politics (2016).
Currently, Dr. Singhal is working as a Lecturer in Political Science at Saraswati Vidya Mandir, Nehru Nagar, Ghaziabad.
