Born on October 30, 2002, in Surathkal, Mangaluru, Reshel Bretny Fernandes is the daughter of educators Mr. Ronald and Mrs. Nancy Fernandes. A prolific writer and orator, she has earned over 150 accolades at international, national, state, and institutional levels in the field of literature. Academically, she holds a B.A. in Hindi from Dakshin Bharat Hindi Prachar Sabha, a B.A. in History, Economics, and Political Science from Sri Mahaveera College, and is currently pursuing an LL.B. at SDM Law College, Mangaluru. Reshel also ranked 7th in the state and 1st in her district in the PU Arts stream. Her passion for public policy is reflected in her interest in Public Administration and in her active volunteering with Disha Bharat and Samartha Bharata. She has also published 10 scholarly articles in national and international journals.
